Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Woking Park on Monday, 15 May.

The victim, a 13-year-old girl, was walking through the park at around 4.30pm when a man appeared by the skate park and indecently exposed himself.

The man is described as a white man with black hair that was short on the sides and spikey on top, with a black beard. He was believed to be wearing dark blue jeans.

Investigating Officer PC Ben Wilson from Woking Area Patrol Team, said: “Behaviour like this is completely unacceptable and I am urging anybody who saw a man matching the description or witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area around that time to call us as soon as possible.

“I would like to commend the victim for doing the right thing by running away and telling a family member straight away.

“We believe this is an isolated incident but still would like to remind members of the public of the personal safety advice on our website: https://www.surrey.police.uk/advice/protect-yourself-and-others/personal-safety/.”

Surrey Police urges anybody with information to call 101 quoting 45170050419 or report online at https://www.surrey.police.uk/contact-us/report-online/report-a-crime/.
