Appeal to trace man in CCTV in connection with arson on a boat in Egham

We are appealing for your help in tracing the man in the CCTV in connection with our investigation into an arson attack in Egham.
 
Just after midnight on Sunday 1st July 2018  a man discovered a fire on his boat, which was moored along Riverside on the River Thames, and another fire nearby on the shore.
 
Surrey Fire and Rescue Service attended and extinguished the fire, no one suffered any injuries. Initial enquiries indicate that the fires were started deliberately.
 
Detectives now wish to speak to the man in the CCTV as they believe he may be able to assist with enquiries. 
 
Detective Constable Andrew Waldron said:
“The outcome of this incident could have been extremely different, the boat owners and their child were asleep on the boat when the fire was started and it was extremely lucky that they realised a fire had broken out before it was too late.
 
“I urge anyone with any information to come forward and contact us.”
