"We are appealing to anyone with any information about the incident, or anyone who has been offered cheap cigarettes for sale, to come forward straightaway. We believe a silver vehicle was involved in the incident – if you were in the area at this time and saw anything suspicious, please do get in contact. We are following up a number of lines of enquiry and our investigation remains ongoing.”
