Hit and run leaves cyclist injured. Have you seen a white van missing a wing mirror?
Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a "hit and run" collision in Hurst Road, Walton on the Hill, just before 7pm on 19 April 2017.
A male cyclist in his 50's received injuries to his right hip and left arm when he was in collision with another vehicle - believed to be a small white box van. The van failed to stop, but the driver's side wing mirror came off the vehicle and was left at the scene.
Officers are appealing for the driver of the white van, which it is believed could be a Ford Transit Connect, to come forward.
They are also asking for any witnesses, or anyone who may have information about a small white box van that is recently missing a driver's side wing mirror, to make contact - either through 101 (quoting reference P17093278) or anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or using their anonymous online reporting form.
