Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following reports of a sexual assault in Egham over the weekend.

It was reported that on the evening of Saturday, 13 May a girl in her teens was seen with two teenage boys on Station Road near the rail station and around the High Street.

Officers were made aware of the incident at 7.30pm but it is believed they were around the area from about 4.30pm, specifically on the corner of Natwest bank.

Two men, a 16 and 17-year-old have been arrested and released from police custody but remain under investigation.

It is believed that numerous members of the public were around the area at the time and officers are urging anyone who saw anything to come forward.
